…what’s going on?!I hope you’re all happy, healthy and energized with this warmer weather!! Well, I say that, but here in ATX the past few nights have been kind of chilly!! Now, I like cooler weather, but it seems a bit out of the ordinary (though come July/August, I’m going to be BEGGING for relief from the crazy Texas heat! HaHa)

Well, there is a lot going on in my world that I want to share and tease you guys with. I hope you guys got a chance to listen to the KAZI 88.7 interview I did. I had a blast!! Much much love to everyone there for all of the support. I also have some shows coming up which is exciting!! Detail for that will be up soon while the details are finalized, but I can’t wait to vibe with you guys again! We’ll DEFINITELY have a blast! We also have some other surprises on the way….but you’ll just have to keep checking back to see those!! They should start rolling out next week!!

…when your computer crashes! LoL! That’s what I had the joy of going through this last week…though it’s all good now…I think! ;-P So, how is life treating you guys!? I hope this post finds you guys peaceful and happy. I wanted to share an encounter I had today. I sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed with all of the negativity, violence and hate on the news, it’s nice to hear some positivity. So, someone came up to me today and told me that her son loves my music and album. They were at my release party/concert and she said it really inspired him and that he has been practicing drumming everyday and will play along with my album. He even transcribed one of my songs to be played on the clarinet (talk about a talented guy, right?!) Anyways, it was a really great conversation. I was always drawn to music and there have been so many musicians and artists that inspired me and with their words, music and passion, helped drive me! It feels good to know that someone out there connects with my music and feels that inspiration as I do!

Well, we’re currently in the midst of booking some shows…we’ll have those dates for you guys soon. We’re also working on some surprise releases that should happen soon!!

…THANK YOU! I had such a blast last night; the energy was incredible and the support was overwhelming. I was able to see so many friends and family members, some of which traveled from out of town to be there, others who I hadn’t seen in AGES! It felt so good to be back on stage performing…I truly felt at home. I also have to thank my long time friends and fellow artists S.O.M. for their HOT performance and unconditional support that I have always received and reciprocated. Also, to my band…well, you they KILLED IT! The response from each of you was more than I could have expected and I am truly blessed to have the support that I have. Thank you for making last night a HUGE success…it’s just the beginning…here’s to the journey!!

…from the release of “Guide To Life” is insane! The album will be in your hands, in your cars, on your iPods in just over a day! You guys will be hearing what I’ve been going through these past few years, and experience the journey with me. I know you all will connect with each song like I have and love this album as much as I do. Music is my passion and I think you can feel that passion on each song. We’re also less than a week away from my release party and concert which blows my mind. We’ve been working on this show for months now and to be this close feels unreal. I just can’t wait to be onstage spending an evening with you guys! There will be so many familiar faces there…I am so looking forward to seeing you all and hearing the response! It’s definitely going to be an amazing night!!

….it’s been a busy few months!! I started working on this album in early ‘05 and we are just over a week away from the release…it feels SO good! I’ve been saying it for months and years now, but I can’t wait for you guys to hear what I have been pouring my heart and soul into. I also get to live the other half of the process which is getting back out and performing. I would write a song, or finish recording or producing and think, “I can’t wait to perform this!” HaHa! And to kick off the performing leg of the album, I’ll be performing a live concert on February 6 here in downtown Austin at La Zona Rosa. It’s going to be an absolutely amazing night and I hope to see you all there!!

I can’t wait to see you all soon as well as to hear the response to the album…
